Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk.
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems.
This is a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting data from various sources and inputting it into databases - Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data by performing regular quality checks - Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files - Transcribing information from documents or recordings - Creating reports and generating data summaries using pivot tables - Assisting with data analysis and interpretation as needed - Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient data management Requirements:
- Proficient in data entry and typing with a high level of accuracy - Basic math skills for performing calculations and verifying numerical data - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage large volumes of information - Familiarity with databases and ability to navigate computerized systems - Excellent attention to detail to identify errors or inconsistencies in data - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members Job Type:
