We're looking for a dependable and organized Team Coordinator.
This position aligns with an Office Manager role.
Coordinate office schedules, make adjustments, and notify customers of your team's schedule Provide quick and accurate responses to vendors and customers Perform collections and assist our accounting department Work with other office staff to complete projects, paperwork, and keep the project process timely Track projects and submit reports of schedules, appointments, etc.
Handle office duties such as answering phones, preparing purchase orders, work orders, and other reports Regularly communicate with project managers and estimators about ongoing projects What you need to have:
Ability to positively motivate others Speedy response time to customers and fellow team members Complete delegated tasks on time Develop skills of others Why you should apply:
